Delete your Mashy account

You can delete your Mashy account at any time, in the app or on this page.

In the app

1. Open Mashy and tap your account in the menu.
2. Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm.

On this website

If you don’t have the app, enter your account’s phone number and password.

If you never created a Mashy account, there is no account to delete. The app’s data on your phone goes when you uninstall it.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your account stops at once, and your reviews and saved places are deleted.

We keep your name, number and photo, a captain’s documents and details, and taxi ride details for 30 days for safety and to handle complaints, then delete them for good.

Past reports, published businesses and the ride and wallet records stay for accounting, without any link to you.

Delete some of your data without deleting the account

Saved places (home, work and others): remove them in the app at any time.

Reports: you can withdraw your report from the map.

Traffic data: turn off “Share traffic data” in Settings. Its points delete themselves within about an hour anyway.

Ad measurement: turn off “Ad measurement with Facebook” in Settings.
